Ravioli Group
Enables the preparation of perfect ribbon ravioli in various formats with soft fillings of vegetables, cheese, meat or mixed – using a sheet of pasta.

Gnocchi Group
For making potato gnocchi or gnocchi from flours/semolina in various shapes – also with additional ingredients such as tomatoes or spinach. Attaching the accessories is simple and practical. Some components can also be used on other machines from our product line. The gnocchi can be varied by simply changing the former/formatter.

Press Group
Produces any type of extruded pasta; only the die needs to be changed (bronze dies are available for a rougher pasta, and PTFE dies for a shinier and more transparent pasta). Complete with a rotating dough cutter for short pasta.

Tagliatelle Molds
Cutting rollers available in various widths for tagliolini, tagliatelle and pappardelle, with smooth or wavy edges:
- 1.5 mm - 4 mm - 8 mm - 12 mm - 24 mm - 12 mm corrugated - 18 mm corrugated - 24 mm corrugated

Mixing Group
The kneading unit for the professional fresh pasta machine is designed for up to 1.5 kg of flour and ensures high safety standards thanks to an accident prevention system on the lid. Made of stainless steel, it features a removable kneading shaft for easy cleaning and a simple system for attaching the bowl to the machine, thus guaranteeing practicality and efficiency during use.
