The Monferrina Cylinder

The Monferrina PNew

The PNuova Combinata (kneading and rolling machine) is a multifunctional pasta machine for the automatic production of finely rolled dough and – with special attachable units – for the production of ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi in various shapes, and extruded pasta. The PNuova can knead and roll out the dough simultaneously. Operation is practical and simple. Furthermore, the machine is completely disassemblable, allowing for quick cleaning and maintenance.
PNuova has an outer structure made of anodized aluminum, while the parts that come into contact with the dough are made of stainless steel. It has also been equipped with new protective grids.
Nina Monferrina

NINA is a tabletop machine, ready for immediate use and easy to operate. In a single device, it enables the production of dough sheets with adjustable thickness as well as tagliatelle in two different widths: 2 and 6 mm.
NINA is available in two models: 170 and 250, distinguished by the two possible dough widths (170 mm and 250 mm).
