Ravioli Group

Gnocchi Group
For making potato gnocchi or gnocchi from flours/semolina in various shapes – also with additional ingredients such as tomatoes or spinach. Attaching the accessories is simple and practical. Some components can also be used on other machines from our product line. The gnocchi can be varied by simply changing the former/formatter.

MULTIPASTA
Enables the preparation of perfect ribbon ravioli in different cuts and formats – with soft fillings of vegetables, cheese, meat or mixed.

Dies
The dies are used on extruders to produce all types of short and long pasta, as well as pasta sheets (sfoglia). The dies are either made entirely of metal for a rougher pasta texture or are equipped with PTFE inserts for a shinier and more transparent pasta. The technical data sheet lists the various producible pasta shapes with codes and, where necessary, dimensions to assist you in your selection.
