AGB

2.1 The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer, but merely a non-binding invitation to place an order.

2.2 The buyer submits a binding offer to purchase goods by completing the order process in the online shop and then clicking the "Buy" button.

2.3 The seller may accept the buyer's offer within 5 working days by sending an order confirmation via email. The contract is only concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by the buyer.

Prices and payment terms

3.1 All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 The buyer can make payment by prepayment, PayPal, invoice or credit card.

3.3 The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract and must be transferred to the account specified by the seller or paid via PayPal, credit card or invoice.

Delivery terms

4.1 The seller delivers within Switzerland/Liechtenstein and Germany.

4.2 If delivery is not possible because the ordered goods are not available, the buyer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Warranty and liability

6.1 The seller warrants that the delivered goods are free from defects at the time of shipment.
